This is time dedicated to you for you. No distractions, no pressure, no rush. Just you, me and a conversation.
It's collaborative. I'm here to support you, to ask questions to help you find the answers you're seeking. You're not in this alone, I'm right here with you.
We have an opportunity to help you take practical steps to creating the life you've been dreaming of but have been too fearful, confused and lonely to believe you can create. I believe you can and soon you will too.
The practicalities, what to expect
Getting started we'll have a quick 15 minute chat on the phone or exchange emails if you prefer.
I'll then email you a short questionnaire which will give us both a guide of where you're at currently and a little insight into where you'd like to focus our attention.
Then, we'll schedule a 30 minute FREE introductory session, either via Zoom, phone or in person. We'll get to know each other a little more, we'll chat through your questionnaire and we'll talk about what's bothering you and how you're feeling about life in more detail.
Following that you can take some time to decide whether I'm the coach for you... no pressure it's important we're both comfortable with the fit.
Then, once you're happy to begin your coaching journey, we'll book in your first 6 sessions. Again either via Zoom, phone or in person - (I usually recommend 6 sessions spread over 12 weeks. So every other week we talk in depth and you have a week to process and a week to begin to enact and develop ideas we discuss independently. I'll be on hand with emails and What's App messages in between.
I recommend between 9 - 12 sessions over a 5 - 6 month period. But, we can flex this depending on your needs and goals.
Let's get physical!
One of the reasons coaching with me is different is because I believe that connecting our mind's, body's and spirit's together is part of the healing and understanding process. But, I also think that connecting with the world around us can be as helpful and powerful too. So, one of the things I recommend wherever and whenever possible is to carry out coaching sessions on the move. I really believe that the physicality of walking, of literally moving forward, can be a huge benefit to you when you're feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
I know it's not always possible and for the first few sessions (particularly if we're speaking via Zoom or the phone) we'll be sat talking but don't be surprised if one of the weeks I ask you to prepare a short and safe route for a walking coaching session. Fully immersed in the world around you, moving through it we'll coach and connect in a new way.
Personally I don't think it's possible to put a price on growing and finding connection and clarity, but a girl's got to eat.

Introductory session FREE
Block of sessions 1 - 6 = £275
Block booking for sessions 7 - 9 and 10 - 12 = £140
Block bookings for sessions 7 - 12 = £275
