Foundations for AI

At Alcea, we know that running a business, organisation, and multi-academy trust (MAT) means there’s always more to do than hours in the day. That’s why we’ve developed our AI Roadmap, a clear, practical journey to help you adopt AI safely and strategically.

Our Roadmap has three steps:

1. AI Readiness – the foundations. Our 12-module AI Readiness Framework helps leadership teams prepare their people, strategy, and data for successful AI adoption. Our AI Readiness Framework has been designed by our expert team, based on our experience and knowledge of what ensures successful AI adoption.

2. Adopt and Scale – moving from plans to practice. This includes pilot projects, training, tailored programmes, and setting up our unique AI Action Hub.

3. Continuous Improvement – embedding AI into everyday operations, building trust and keeping pace with change.

Before businesses step onto the Roadmap, many choose to start with our AI Pathfinder sessions:

• AI Awareness for All – a remote, interactive session that demystifies AI and builds confidence.

• Leadership AI Readiness Workshop – a focused 3-hour session for business Boards and leaders to align, prioritise opportunities and map their first steps.

• AI for academy trusts and multi-academy trusts (MATs) – a focused 3-hour session for leaders of MATs in education to align, prioritise opportunities and map their first steps.                                  

These Pathfinders are affordable, low-risk ways to begin, and they give you the confidence to move into the full 3-step AI Roadmap when you’re ready.
