Step 1: AI Readiness

A comprehensive, multi-module framework that works in depth with leaders and teams to put the right foundations in place across data, people, governance and business priorities.

This is the most substantial stage of the Alcea AI Roadmap. Through a structured series of up to 12 interactive modules, leadership working sessions and practical team engagement, organisations build shared understanding, clear ownership and robust governance.

This stage includes the creation of an AI Action Hub, bringing together representatives from across the organisation to build shared understanding, clear ownership and internal capability.

By the end of this stage, the organisation is properly prepared for future AI adoption, with the clarity, confidence and controls needed to make informed decisions and realise long-term value before any solutions are introduced.

Step 2: Adopt & Scale

Launch your first AI pilot projects and set up structures for your teams to adapt and adopt AI.

Supported implementation of agreed pilot projects, working closely with leaders and teams to ensure solutions are introduced safely, effectively and with clear measures of success.

Through practical support, training and ongoing guidance, the AI Action Hub plays a central role in tracking progress, gathering feedback and supporting teams as new tools and ways of working are embedded and scaled.

Step 3: Continuous Improvement

Ongoing support to review progress, assess impact and ensure governance, controls and ways of working remain fit for purpose as the organisation evolves.

Timely health checks, policy reviews and forward planning help leaders identify next priorities, build on what is working well and continue to realise long-term value from AI adoption.
