Introducing... Simplify

We started Simplify to fix the issues we faced while job searching

This week, we're introducing Simplify, an AI-powered job-search tool. The US-based tool was launched by three graduates struggling to navigate the traditional job-hunting process. Now, the tool is available across America and growing fast. Simplify aims to streamline the hiring process for employers and job seekers, helping to improve process efficiency, reduce bias, and match the right talent with the best opportunities.

How it works?

Simplify.jobs employs advanced algorithms to analyse vast amounts of data, including resumes, job descriptions, and historical hiring patterns. Through machine learning, the platform refines its understanding of the skills, experiences, and preferences that contribute to successful job placements. Employers can post job listings and the platform is able to screen and shortlist candidates based on the comprehensive analysis therefore presenting a choice of qualified applicants to employers.

How does Simplify.jobs use AI?

Natural Language Processing (NLP) is utilised to comprehend and interpret job descriptions and resumes, ensuring a more accurate match between job requirements and candidate profiles. The platform also uses predictive analytics to help forecast the likelihood of a candidate’s success in a particular role, providing valuable insights for employers.

When can businesses benefit from using Simplify.jobs?

The benefits are significant from utilising the platform, which accelerates the process, reduces human bias, and enhances the quality of candidate matches, ultimately leading to more successful hires. Employers can use data-driven insights to save time and resources while ensuring the probability of finding the right talent.

It has a comprehensive job board where you can filter available jobs, which even covers available internships and remote working positions across the USA.
